We always aim to deliver your order as fast as possible. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in a longer delivery time. Delivery times may be a little longer during public holidays.
What is Newbie Print?
Newbie Print® are realistic and unique birth posters in scale 1:1 of your child's length at birth. The poster also contains information such as the name, date, time, and weight of your child. We're also proud of our unique idea of floral wreaths in scale 1:1 of your child's head circumference at birth. All our wreaths are based on one original physical wreath that we have created especially for that print, that way, we make it genuine and truly unique. Our beautiful floral wreaths are also available in our Crown posters, where the child wears it like a crown on its head.

We ship to Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, and USA.
What does the shipping cost?
We have free shipping!
What format should the birth date be in?
You write exactly how you want it, and we will write the exact same! Depending on where you live, this format varies from YYYY.MM.DD to DD.MM.YYY. You write how you would want it, and we will copy that.
Can I do a custom setup on, for example, the Trio Print?
Send us your request to hello@newbieprint.se, and we will look into what we can do.
Who pays the customs duties and taxes?
Shipments may incur customs fees depending on which country you live in, which means you are responsible for customs fees. Please check your customs regulations.
How is the size measured in the poster?
We have created our own technique to measure the child in our posters and to ensure the correct length.
Who has created the illustrations?
The Newbie Print® team. We do all our design by ourselves.
My child is premature. Can I still order a Newbie Print®?
Of course! We can scale our posters to all sizes.
Is the frame included?
No.
What size are the posters?
Our posters of illustrated children are 50x70 centimetres. Our Floral Crowns are 40x50 centimetres.
What paper do you use?
Our posters are printed on 200 g/m2 high-quality matte paper.
What is the gender of the illustrated children?
All our posters are unisex and are suitable for both boys and girls.
My order was damaged when delivered, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible, and we will send you a new one.
I've made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you.
Can I return my poster?
Since all our posters are custom made, we, unfortunately, can’t accept returns unless your poster arrived damaged.

What payment options do you offer?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or invoice via Klarna. Please note that the payment options vary depending on which country you're from.
